Golf training aid Review:
The bottom line is simple. For three years I have
been trying to acquire a consistent and proper golf
swing. Within those three years my golf game has
been consistently dissapointing. I have always shot
in the 120's, and 130's. After much "perfect"

This is a hinged club, similar to the Medicus, but
a good deal less expensive. Despite the hinge, it
has the feel of a normal club. Unlike your average
tour pro, I can't have a teacher follow me around
my round, clueing me in when my swing is off
kilter, and I just don't trust the off the cuff
"pointers" from my buddies. The Refiner's hinge
action is geared to colapse if your swing breaks
down at any point from take away to follow through,
and using it for just a few weeks has done wonders
for my consistency. The hinge is also easily
adjustable, so you can give yourself a little
leeway, or force yourself to make an absolutely

I can tell you the the minute I put in my
hands I felt that this product will be able to
do wonders for me as a very new golfer. I began
to play a few months ago, and quite frankly I
suck, but I am very athletic person, meaning
that once I take a liking to something I get
good fairly quickly. Right now I am hooked to
golf and am really trying to learn all the
fundamentals. Anyways, as soon as it arrived my
friend and I went to a nearby park. The Refiner
showed my friend right off where his problem
was in his swing and he ordered one for himself
that night. This training aid is that good
right off the bat. After researching the
Medicus I felt that the Refiner was less
expensive, and may do the same job or even
better due to the extra length addition I was
able to get because I'm fairly muscular and
tall. so there are lots more that I will need
to do to get a good feel of the fundamentals of
the game, but what I can tell you is that I
know, based on the video and the adjustable
hinge on the refiner, I know the next time I'm
at the range, my game will begin to improve
fairly quickly. And this is considering that I
get a fairly decent hit, both with my woods,
and irons.
